Product: FiveM Framework V2
Upon buying the Framework there was no documentation provided to assist in setting it up whatsoever. I opened a ticket in the Discord Server to receive a support, and the support was mind-blowingly disgraceful.
I opened a ticket on the 25/02/2025 asking for support with a series of issues I was facing with the Framework not working, etc... and all I got were short pointless responses. When I finally get asked what the specific issues is, I was ignored for SIX DAYS, and even then, all I got provided was the correct link for the background image, all other issues I raised were completely ignored, to the point I had to slave away with my development team trying to fix something that should of had installation/setup documentation provided or at least assistance provided from the support team. Throughout the entire time of me waiting for support NAT himself and his support team, were chatting away in public channels, completely ignoring my support ticket as well as other assistance requests from other clients in the client support channels, absolutely shocking.
The framework itself is an extremely good script, however, if you expect to get support setting stuff up you buy from this store then this isn't the place to buy from.
I've left a 1 star review as the complete inconvenience, customer support and lack of care for customers is disgusting and I don't believe a store who fails to show the basics of customer support deserves to receive anything more, I most certainly will not be buying from here again.
